Returns & Refunds


Thanks for shopping at, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. The products are only eligible for refunds if they reach you in a damaged condition or if the wrong products are delivered to you. All refunds and returns are at the sole discretion of Vedco Enterprises (OPC) Pvt Ltd upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.


Due to safety and personal hygiene concerns, and to reduce our carbon footprint caused during logistics, we do not issue Returns. In case of concerns regarding product quality, the customer may either opt for a free replacement or a refund of the damaged product(s). Please refer to our Refund/Replacement Policy.


Refunds & Replacements are deemed valid only for products that have been damaged/lost in transit or are of sub-par quality, shape or form. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, such as an emailed invoice and/or the Order ID for our reference, along with proof of damage/concern via images (where applicable). Once we receive all information, we will inspect the same internally and notify you of the status of your refund/ replacement. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days. In case of replacements, the products shall be shipped within 4-5 business days.


Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. We offer an exchange policy for eco wear items, allowing exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original condition. For exchanges, please contact our customer support team, and upon approval, ship the item back to us. We will dispatch the replacement within 5-7 business days. Returns can be initiated by contacting our support team, and refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item. Please include proof of purchase with the returned item. Shipping for replacements takes 5-7 business days, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
